I absolutely loved your website, the ease of creating my product, and the prompt, informative, and courteous customer service. I created my initial design and actually changed it three times before it was printed without any delay in the production. Each time I made a change, it was simple, accepted, and welcomed by your staff. I actually felt like I had my own personal producer and assistant helping with my product. We plan on ordering additional shirts and currently working on the design to use for other items you offer as well. Again, we were thrilled with it all!!

Other than the little interruption for the apparently Copyright spat, questionable at best, I had a good/great experience. I am sure they get hundreds of e-mails a day and have a limited office workforce, but the speed at which they respond back could pick up a little.

Custom Ink did a good job with our order. Being able to submit our design online and have the items shipped directly to us made purchasing our shirts more convenient. I contacted customer service twice and got the same person. She remembered me and was very nice.
