We were so impressed with our shirts in 2023 that we decided to place our 2024 shirts with Custom Ink again. We only made a couple of changes from the first order and once again they met our expectation. In fact, this time they exceeded our expectation. I believe it was a week and I had shirts in hand! None of our local companies could provide that service for us. We only order about 15 shirts but a variety of sizes and styles. Our options that we are given to choose from is great. We appreciate the work that Custom Ink does and will be looking forward to making additional orders in the future.

The shirts were decent when they came in, just the feel of the shirt is not very soft or comfortable. The website and design process is cumbersome, hard to navigate, and is not user friendly. The shipping of the shirts was fast and was delivered with care. Communication was excellent.
