This is my second order with your company. The first time I ordered it was flawless and fast. This time the customer service agents were nice, but they kept mixing up my order and I ended up talking to about 10 people when all was said and done, which was fine, but confusing, and it shouldn't have been that way. It would have been better for me to work with one person (or two) from start to finish, I would have no problem waiting a day to get questions answered. The product quality is great and we will order again.

Seriously an amazing company. I got calls from very polite and enthusiastic people asking for design verification and instead of just printing the ink color I'd chosen, which would have looked muted on the black fabric, they called and recommended a different color that shows up better. So polite, great shipping, informative and prompt emails. This is for a school team, and I wasn't sure about ordering from an online company, but CustomInk is great. Wish there was another place I could brag recommend them on!

The reason why everything wasn't rated highest was b/c for some reason the '13 on the back of most of the sweatshirts was very low. However the customer service was like my best friend the entire time. Ther was not a single person who I spoke with (I believe i spoke with every person in the customer service) and not a single person said anything that was a noxious or even anything of the sort. (Even though my group was super demanding) The color is great and overall I'm very happy. And I would and most likely will refer custom ink to other people. Thank you so much INKERS!
