Overall I am happy with my order, but I found it difficult to place the order. As you can see three items were included in this order. However, there was a second order with additional items. I wanted to place one order instead of two, but for some reason, I found it very difficult to add additional items with the same design. On top of that, I was not able to locate all the items I wanted unless I left that design and started a new design. Please make it easier to add all available products to an existing design!!!

We have had positive experience in the past, but this year and last year, it was a very slow process, and it appeared I we ended up working with too many people, because our orders were not consistent with one another. Custom Ink has always taken the time to make sure our order was accurate, but it got confusing because questions about one order made me think that that would be the case for all of our order since originally, it was one order being made that they broke up into 4 orders. I am disappointed that our artwork was altered without us requesting it on the largest order and was not adjusted for the adult and youth hoodie sizes as the other orders and past orders.
