The overall experience for my first purchase on CustomInk was amazing. I will definitely use CustomInk again in the future. I want to go deeper than just tshirts and see what else I can create on the website. I'm excited to see what else I can find.

The shirts are great. It looks exactly like I wanted it, and the quality is great. Everyone is torqued over them.

Great company customer satisfaction is trully the focus with Customink.

Just wonderful. Everyone was enthusiastic. Anyone could cover or answer questions for anyone else. Product was shipped as promised promptly. My ONLY issue is you're $2-$5 more expensive than competitors. PS. Answering "order again" question with Yes, but real answer is maybe.

TL;DR: One of the best companies I've worked with both from a service perspective and quality of product. Will definitely be using these guys long term...don't lose that special touch! I heard about CustomInk because of their customer service reputation. Being someone who leads a customer experience organization myself I decided not only that I wanted to work with an organization that was being praised by so many but that I also wanted to put them to the test. I've now placed 5 orders with CustomInk and had a lot of custom requests (crazy order arrangement) and also needed some help with uploaded graphics. I have to give them credit, their overall system is great but it's their people (chat, phone reps, etc) that really set these guys apart...WOW indeed! I've chatted with about 4-5 different folks through the course of my orders and they were all exceptional, so it wasn't just a random good experience.
