I spoke with a woman Lisa over the phone and she was so sweet and helpful, she really made the whole experience 100x better.

You guys were great. There were no problems. Your first "example" of what the shirt would look like had the design in the wrong color but you asked for approval and remedied the problem immediately. What more can I ask?

Overall, a good exeperience but it did seem that some of the design work that needed to get done took a little while longer than expected and not with as much attention as the representatives expressed over the phone. The largest disappointment however, is the size of the shirts, I followed the sizing guide on the website (upon the customer service reps advice) and overall, our entire order is running approximately one size too small with the exception of the children's size shirts. Once the final project was done, I was disappointed with the cost, I think I could have gotten an equal product locally and with the ability to see the sizing of the shirts firsthand.

Honestly, I could not have had a better experience. I had the opportunity to communicate with at least 4-different representatives, either by email or by telephone and each representative was extremely polite, informative and professional. My product was delivered exactly when promised!

Web site made it difficult to scale down the shirt writing to fit on the shirt, but your customer service reps called several times to make sure everything was as I wanted it.

Easy to design shirts, easy to reach a person at customer service and easy to make changes. Did I mention that they ship super fast? Well they do!

I called in to change one of my short sleeve shirts to a long sleeve and the guy that helped me was spectacular. I work as a call center supervisor (6+ years) and if he was in the same city as me I would have offered him a job on the spot.

Custom ink's customer service was INCREDIBLE. Really amazing experience, helped me put my entire order together and it seems like everything came out great!

Very satisfied with the service of custom Ink and the experienced staff that I had contact with they were wonderful and the red shirts were very nice my youth really like them and they wore them at our Pentecost Sunday church service where it was ware red day, and the whole congregation loved them.
