Customer service is great, almost too great. I was getting follow up calls and emails and text messages almost to the point of being a burden. I love the customer obsession but it could maybe be toned down a bit. Overall great experience.

I've been a repeat customer for years, and up to now, I have had nothing but good things to say. Unfortunately, I am recently dissatisfied with the mixed information/communication that I have received from various members of the content team. With this recent shirt series that I had created, I had preemptively sought out approval--2 months in advance--on all my designs before submitting any orders. From the company's initial written approval and agreement to print my designs, I setup an online store to advertise and sell my designs. I now have customers waiting on the products that I have advertised. In the process of submitting orders, I have been approved and denied twice, now denied a final time. I even cited previous the written approvals from the company back to themselves. I understand their explained caution as a large business dealing with what they feel could be potentially infringing on copyrights, but I didn't hide that from them. Again, I had sought out their approval months in advance. They should not have approved my designs initially, only to deny printing at a critical point, once orders are in place, and after I have put faith and invested in their original word to print the order. Because of this, I had to cancel all my orders with Customink and am having to take my business elsewhere while my customers continue to wait.
