The shirts are fantastic! I really appreciate all the help that was offered to me. I will most definately come back to CustomInk for all future needs and recommend them highly to everyone!

customer service was amazing. I really loved that anytime I had a concern about the placement of the design or size, I could call someone and they would give me very professional and expert feedback on anything I asked. Anytime I made a change to the size of my design, the update for me to approve came back within hours! But what I really appreciated was that the people I talked to over the phone and by email seemed to really care about doing a good job and making sure that everything would look good. They were also very upfront about which type of shirt brand would be most comfortable which is really important. Thank you!

After working with you the first time, I was making a decision between coming to you again and a competitor. Yet my hesitation only lasted a brief second - I knew that you would provide unparalleled customer service that no other shirt design company can match. And minutes after I submitted my order, I knew I made the right choice. Your staff immediately contacted me to review my order and make changes, and my shirts even arrived a few days ahead of schedule, despite the fact that I only gave 1 week for the shirts to be printed and shipped. You have again far exceeded my expectations.

I truly enjoyed the experience with Custom Ink. Being in a service industry myself, I take special note of the specifics of customer service. I was very impressed that I continued my conversations with three to four different Tee Shirt Ambassadors when their shifts changed. It truly was seamless. The team did very well with my constant tweaks and expressed nothing but a positive attitude toward getting me what I wanted. I have recommended your company to three different venues including the corporate decision makers in my company as well.
