We initially had an issue where I could not upload our school's tax-exempt form and this halted production of our order. I was devastated that our cheerleaders had worked so hard fundraising through three different events to raise the money for matching warm ups. When we heard they were not going to arrive in time for their final competition we were all devastated. I talked to customer service, and eventually, we got through to Angela S. who said she was going to make this happen for us! I am still in utter shock! Wednesday they weren't going to make it on time, and Friday they had them to wear for competition! I am completely blown away at the service we received. 5 star service! I will never stop talking about how impressed I was!
