CustomInk has done it again...this is our third time ordering from them and the shirts are great! Our design comes out looking amazing. The customer service I always receive when I place an order is by far the best! I always prefer to call them and place the order with a live person. As I'm writing this I've received a post card thanking me and wishing me an awesome time for my event. CustomInk is the best...love their customer service!!!

Although, the customer service personnel were friendly, there was a huge misunderstanding with the quoting of our shirts. We were originally told that 15 of 1 color front and 1 color back for 8.81 each. So we decided to buy 20 shirts for each of our three designs and were told that each shirt would be 13.78. This dramatic increase in price was completely unexpected. We then asked the customer service and were simply told that the original personnel we were working was wrong despite extensive emails containing pictures with phone conversations and the price we were now paying for is the true price. I am representing the Science Club of CSUMB. It's members have been working hard to revive the club to benefit not just the students in CSUMB but also all students in the Monterey Peninsula. They were going to use the shirts as a way to show off all their hard work for this semester and as a mean to fundraise for events for future semesters. The increase in price did not just lessen the profit of the club but also increased the financial burden for members to to buy one. Some members were not even able to buy a shirt because they were not expecting them to be so expensive and did not have the adequate notice to save enough money for them because we had to buy the shirts by a certain time for us to be able to use our club account etc. All of these problems could be avoided if we got the right quote to begin with.

This has been a great experience from design to ordering. Designing a shirt had several options and an easy to use interface. Ordering was a straightforward process and was delivered before the promised two weeks.

Really bad. I didn't select "3 colors", I simply uploaded my logo. I get a call after saying I can only have 3 colors and that they will mix them to make shades. They said it would look fine and sent me an image that looked fine as well. The actual shirt, not so much. Terrible experience.
