As usual, CustomInk delivers above and beyond what we expect!! We have an annual event to raise money for a breast cancer center in our area - as well as a scholarship fund at our local high school honoring a graduate (and one of our co-workers) who lost her battle with breast cancer in 2014. This year, we got behind in our activities and had to order late - but CustomInk delivered EARLY! We were so pleased - and the t-shirts were a big hit! This was my first time ordering from Custom Ink for our group of 45 people. We did the online payment option, which was one of the main reasons I went with Custom Ink. I also liked their high-quality shirt/sweatshirt options from brands I recognized. And the price for all of this I felt was very reasonable. Oh, and the screen print quality was excellent (if not perfect). Because our group needed youth sizes through adult in three different styles (short, long, hoodie) - I needed to contact Customer Service (they call themselves "Inkers") several times over the course of setting up my group order form. I never talked to a human - I did everything through chat. Not only was the wait time very minimal (if at all), the Inkers speak fluent English, know their product and processes inside and out, and have authority to make decisions on the spot. Oh yeah, each and every Inker was patient, courteous, and fun - I've never experienced customer service like this before - ever. One thing that was interesting, detailed notes are kept from these conversations, so I never had to repeat myself when I entered a new chat later in the day/week. The new inker simply reviewed the previous notes and we picked up where we left off. I was never bounced around. The entire experience was focused on helping me order shirts. Would I reorder again if I needed gear for a future event - you bet'cha! Hands down - no questions asked. As long as Custom Ink continues doing what they're doing, I'm a customer for life.
