Until now, I had not ordered apparel online and I was nervous about the size integrity, given the small quantity I needed. The sizing chart was very helpful and so was the selection of fabric and styles. I could not have completed my order without assistance from customer service because I need to use an (ñ) in the text of the shirts, which was not available on the self-help design format. Customer service was excellent and so was the follow-up with confirmations every step. Finally, the turn-around time was amazing! I got the merchandise sooner than expected and just in the nick of time for what I needed. I am a very happy customer and will definitely be returning! I will recommend CustomInk to my friends :-).

Your reps are always very helpful, I was just disappointed that the shirts were not what I expected or paid for. I get that these are screen printed and not going to be perfect...but for $400+, I expected the logo to be the color I asked for (and was told it would be) and the tags would have been normal. I appreciate anything you can do to offset the inconvenience which would certainly factor into my decision as to whether or not to order from you again. Thanks for the consideration.
It was amazing! Although I switch around consumer service representative throughout the days my form was completed. They were all super nice and helpful. I made a form for a large group. I wish I was able to make some design edits after I made the form. Perhaps I could and didn't notice how I could. I also wish that within the group form, people could chosen the different kind of shirt specially for the kids (example: Jerzees Youth, American Apparel, Augusta Ringer). While setting a standard shirt on the form. I had to use your costumer service representative more than I regularly would. Yet it was a very important order, I was very specific, and so glad I did. They accommodate my needs perfectly with all my request. In addition why not set up a section allowing clients to optionally upload a picture of their shirts with a disclaimer if using it for advertisement on your web, or just to keep. I would love to send you mine.

We call to place order right on the line of 2 weeks but we were told we would make it. I called about 4 days from delivery as was told that it would be delivered on the 27th. The event was on the 25th and I explained that I had been told that you would still be able to make the event. You guys pulled it off and we made the event and look fantastic. Thank you so much for all your help and support.
