There were some issues that while frustrating were nobody's fault but my own. Everyone involved who worked on my order was super helpful, knowledgeable, and a delight to work with. If these designs sell well I'll be taking pre-orders for another batch.

I chose CustomInk because of how their sizing charts work. The shirts I ordered are for a family reunion, and we have pretty much every body type you can think of, from short-and-fat to tall-and-skinny. So the pictures of actual people wearing the shirt allowed my family members to make an educated decision on their shirt style preference and have less surprises when they get their shirts at the reunion. The customer service reps were very easy to work with as well -- easy to see that the incentives are around providing good service rather than on sales.

I was impressed with the process-Very easy! The white t-shirt are a bit thin on the thread count, but I choose a budget/cheaper quality.

It was good looking forward to more orders.

I was extremely pleased with my Customink order, from the phone assistance to the way they tweaked my design to ensure it was the best it could be, to the way the shirts came wrapped in additional plastic because the forecast was calling for rain. All of their thoughtful details did not go unnoticed. I would highly recommend anyone to use their services.

Great selection of material, speedy service.

We did like the final product but did not like the fact that if you order a second time that you have to pay for the screen again. This was waved for us but we would not use you in the future if this was the case.

The woman who helped me was super friendly & helpful. We love, love, love the shirts & sweatshirts!
