What has happened to customer service? The service reps knew nothing about the products. They would not connect me with someone who could help with one simple question of sizing on artwork. I have ordered from custom ink for 10 years. What’s happened?

In the design space, I use the areas that are allowed. I use as much of it as I can. So when I look at my design the artwork looks a descent size but I get it back and it’s smaller than I pictured. And the youth shirts has a few crooked prints.
