I usually only order from companies who my friends have already tried out. Oddly enough, I saw a CustomInk commercial a week before an important event I wanted T-shirts for. I was crunched on time and thought "if this site is as easy to use as the commercial says, and as customized as they say, I will order tonight." I gave myself 10 minutes to mess around and I was shocked how user friendly the site was. I was able to get creative with my designs and there was so much clip artwork to choose from I got new ideas as well. 15 minutes in total, and I had designed, sized and ordered. Less than a week later I had shirts on my porch. I have already recommended this company to several friends! Job well done!

It was very easy, I just wish I was told how bad the one tank looked with the black logo.

I chose CustomInk because of how their sizing charts work. The shirts I ordered are for a family reunion, and we have pretty much every body type you can think of, from short-and-fat to tall-and-skinny. So the pictures of actual people wearing the shirt allowed my family members to make an educated decision on their shirt style preference and have less surprises when they get their shirts at the reunion. The customer service reps were very easy to work with as well -- easy to see that the incentives are around providing good service rather than on sales.

Customer service was awesome. They caught a spelling mistake on a name in a list of shirts. So, so grateful for that!!!

We only had a brief time on a Sunday evening to get our order in to make it to a reunion the next Friday and the service rep (I believe her name was Amber) was extraordinary in helping us get the order out in time. Everything worked out perfectly and the girls loved them.

We were very happy with everything about our order, especially the interactions with your customer service representatives over the phone -- they walked us through the entire process quickly, clearly and efficiently. Our dance studio is so happy with the shirts that we're thinking about putting together a second order, and we're considering using CustomInk again later in the spring for our recital t-shirts. Thanks so much for making this a wonderful experience for our kids, teachers and moms!
