Experience was excellent. I was having trouble getting the design and order right. Through the online chat customer service did everything and it was perfect. Then turned out the bags I ordered were out of stock and they let me know, offered some options and made a quick change for a better quality bag without making me pay more. Can't say enough about the excellent customer service.

What I really like about Custom Ink is that every time I call your customer service line, a real person picks up and helps me with my order every time. My order/issue is solved in less than 15 minutes which I really love as I typically call many vendors and spend more than half an hour with them to fix a simple issue.

Overall, the end to end order and delivery was outstanding. I was pleasantly surprised with the Quality Control step, which I did not expect. QC pointed out a potential application of my logo that may not show up as I'd like, so we reworked it through them. I shipped to TWO different locations, and every item (size, art, etc) was delivered as expected.
