CustomInk did a good job with everything up until the shipping was involved. My Order # was 7568940. Custom Ink had entered my apartment # on the Billing Info and not the Shipping Info. Thus, my package was delivered to my apartment complex but ended up at a different apartment with a similar surname. My wife and I were really disappointed that Customink was not responsible enough to check and verify the package and shipping address before shipping. When someone spends over $500 on your product, then you should take the effort to ship thatbproduct carefully and accurately. Had the young women at our complex not been an honest person then we would have never received our order. This is disappointing and the reason we will take our business elsewhere in the future.
