What sold me on placing my order with Custom Ink is that when I had a question, an actual human entered their online chat feature. This is the difference maker for me and should be for anyone who is spending their hard earned cash. Highly recommend if you want to ensure you're concerns are met with a company who places their customers over cheap chat bots.
