The process was easy.The shirts are amazing however, the design doesn’t seem to be centered with the rest of the other graphic tees I own in my closet, it feels like it’s more on the belly than on the chest area. Seeing how I do not make T-shirts for a living there should’ve been a QC checkpoint on this to ensure that the customer doesn’t waste money and have to do the process over again and run the risk of another issue.

I've previously had a great experience ordering from Custom Ink, and their customer service has consistently been helpful. Unfortunately, this order was disappointing. The finished koozies differed substantially from the color and appearance represented during ordering. I hope Custom Ink can address the issue, as I'd like to feel confident ordering from them again.
