Any coach, teacher, parent, or PTA/PTO leader who coordinates school spirit activities, custom apparel, or school events at a K-12 school in the United States.

Nominations close 11:59 PM, EST, on August 12, 2026. Don't wait — great stories deserve to be told.

We ask for 100–500 words, max. Enough to tell a real story — but no need to write an essay.

Nominations must be submitted on behalf of someone else — this is about recognizing the people who rarely get the credit they deserve.

Our team reads every submission and selects 10 winners based on story authenticity & specificity, demonstrated impact of the hero's work, and the role & scope of the organizer.

Winners will be announced no later than September 2026. We'll notify winners directly before any public announcement.

A $5,000 donation to their school, Custom Ink site credit for their next order*, and a VIP gift as a personal thank-you for everything they do.

The $5,000 is an unrestricted donation to the winner's school, funded through Custom Ink's Three Hearts Initiative. The school can use it however they choose.
