What are your graphic design capabilities?
We have a team of experienced designers and illustrators who are able to redraw your existing design to enhance the final product or generate original artwork based on an existing design, photo, sketch, or description provided to us by you. Please see our art gallery above for samples of our design work. We have separated our design services into two buckets with rates based on the extent of work each bucket requires.
Which service is right for me?
In general, if you are looking for assistance in improving an existing digital design that you made using our Design Lab then we will be able to provide a design upgrade. If you are seeking to generate a new piece of art from an existing image, photo, sketch, or idea, or if you are seeking an original piece of artwork based on a concept or idea, then we will be best able to assist through our custom design offering. If you’re having trouble determining exactly what you want, please contact us to discuss your design needs and we’ll be happy to help walk you through the process.
Will I see a sample before you run my order?
We can send an electronic proof of your custom design before we begin to print. This proof will show you ink colors, image sizes, and general placement of the design on your chosen product. You can ask that printing not begin on your order until we have your approval on the custom artwork.
How long does it take to receive my custom artwork?
We strive for fast turnaround times. Your custom design is typically created within 48 hours after receiving payment for the service.
How does the payment process work for this service if I plan to meet the threshold for the waived fee?
Payment for the service is required prior to our design team beginning work on your design. Once you are satisfied with your design and place your order, the cost of the design service will be deducted if the minimum order total for the waived fee is met.
Does the cost of the service include the vectored art file?
No. The majority of the artwork on our site is licensed for use within our website only and not for distribution. This policy pertains to all orders that contain clipart, fonts, redrawn artwork from an upload, designs created through Design Services, and the use of any proofs used in our lab.
