Custom Fleece Employee Gifts

The best custom employee gifts are the ones people use every day: insulated tumblers and water bottles from YETI, Stanley, Hydro Flask, and Owala; hoodies, quarter zips, and jackets from Carhartt, The North Face, and Nike; backpacks from Herschel; and tech like JBL speakers and mophie power banks. This category is our premium employee gifts lineup, so every pick is a brand your team already knows, decorated with your logo by embroidery, screen printing, or laser engraving. Our 2025 employee holiday gift survey found that employees value a gift more when it is personalized and prefer premium, well-known brands with an understated logo. For what to give at each point in someone's time with the company, our guide to employee gifts and swag covers what to give, when to give it, and what to skip.

Match the employee gift to the moment. For the holidays, cozy layers and insulated drinkware get used all winter. For work anniversaries and promotions, a premium jacket or an engraved tumbler marks the milestone. Or consider what the person is into, from tech to the outdoors. For new hires, a welcome kit with a branded hoodie, backpack, and notebook makes someone feel like part of the team on day one.

For small tokens of appreciation start with our custom gifts grouped by price, which sorts the whole gift catalog into price tiers, or our custom gifts with no minimums for one-off thank-yous. Custom drinkware like mugs and water bottles, tote bags, notebooks, and pens are the go-to employee gifts for staff appreciation week, goodie bags, and end-of-quarter thank-yous because they get daily use without a big per-person spend. Volume pricing brings the unit cost down as your quantity goes up, and the price on each product page already includes design review, standard shipping, and a guaranteed delivery date.

Many custom employee gifts in this category have no minimum, so you can order one gift for a standout employee or a retiring teammate, and many of the rest start at six pieces; the minimum for any item is listed on its product page. Minimums follow the decoration method: many digitally printed items can be ordered one at a time, while screen printing, embroidery, laser engraving, and debossing carry a small minimum. Our bulk discounts apply automatically as your quantity climbs, and you can see the exact price tiers by changing the quantity on any product page. Pricing is all-inclusive, so the quote already covers design review by a professional artist, setup, free standard shipping in the contiguous US, and our money-back guarantee. Keep the design the same and you can combine categories, say hoodies for one group and tumblers for another, in the same employee gifts order.

Yes. For hybrid and remote teams, choose ship to multiple addresses at checkout and we send each employee gift straight to their door for a flat per-address rate within the US, on products that are eligible for individual shipping. To skip chasing people for sizes, set up our group order form: share one link, each person enters their own size and can pay their own way if you want them to, and you place a single order. If you would rather hand gifts out in person, the whole order ships to one location with free standard delivery. Shipping custom employee gifts to a PO Box, Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada works differently, so check our delivery options before you set the date.

Standard delivery gets custom employee gifts to your door in about two weeks, with free shipping and a guaranteed delivery date you see before you pay. Need them sooner? Rush delivery arrives in one week, and super rush lands in three business days on eligible items. The countdown starts when you place the order, and a slow reply to a picture proof can push it back, so approve the proof the day it lands. For holiday gifts, Employee Appreciation Day, or a company anniversary, order two to three weeks ahead of the event so rush fees stay off the table, and if the date is already close, call us and an Inker will find the fastest option for your employee gifts.

Usually not, when they are modest and occasional. The IRS treats low-value items given infrequently as de minimis fringe benefits that are excluded from wages, with examples like occasional snacks, tickets, flowers, and books, and in at least one ruling it said items worth more than $100 could not qualify. Cash and gift cards are the exception: the IRS says cash equivalents are never excludable, so a gift card is taxable income even when it is handed out as a holiday gift. That is one reason physical custom employee gifts work well for appreciation programs. Length-of-service awards have their own rules and dollar limits, so read the IRS page on de minimis fringe benefits and check with your accountant before you finalize a large employee gifts program.
