Outstanding customer service!

I had a very positive experience with Custom Ink. The staff were very helpful and the rush delivery items came on the expected date. While they have a good selection of design ideas, I would have appreciated more modern design choices.

I have purchased many items through Custom Ink for a Youth Football & Cheer team to sell in our spirit wear. I am incredibly pleased with everything I have received. Tee shirts, hoodies, beanies, ornaments, koozies and trucker hats...have all been great quality! We had one issue where an order did not have glitter on the logo and it should have....the service department immediately set up a new order for me to correct the issue and I received those items and they were perfect. Katrina Hagen in the Wayne, PA location has been my primary contact and she is wonderful. She follows up to make sure that I am happy with everything I order and is very responsive to any questions or concerns I have. I will absolutely continue to make purchases with Custom Ink.

Other than the difficulty with the website, we had a good experience. The shirts arrived earlier than expected (and just in time for a performance), and the design looks great.

The process was fantastic. Everything was easy to follow and ordering was great. I also appreciated that everything was delivered by the guaranteed delivery date as we needed them the day after.
