I was overall dissatisfied with Custom Ink. Two of the three "base" level customer service people were pleasant and helpful. One was brusque and had no patience. The upper level customer service person was exceptionally helpful and generous. However, they had to over simplify my art to accomodate their printing. Next time I need shirts printed I will look for a printer who doesn't need to change my art.

I was very impressed working with Custom Ink, both through the website and when working directly with the customer service representatives. Pricing was great and the graphics came out perfectly. The family was impressed with the quality, weight and feel of the shirts. Every aspect of ordering was seamless with one exception, and the customer service rep. helped me handle it within minutes. The shirts arrived on time, and we will use Custom Ink when planning the swag for future family gatherings!
