Custom Ink has been great to work with. You helped me with a design on a t-shirt last year and have done several shirts for different organizations I work with. The Hickory Aviation Museum shirt turned out great. Your art department was spot on duplicating the patch that is on the shirt. I wore it this last weekend and everyone was impressed. I'm going to look at a larger order.

Custom Ink's online representative missed our email approving the design for an entire week, by their own admission. Later, a phone rep with a thick accent called to say there was a problem with a SECOND order and we would need to pay several hundred dollars for "super rush shipping" to get them there in time. This was the first I'd heard of a second issue, we had ordered both T-shirts and polo shirts and neither was going to arrive on time. We had no choice but to pay. Will never do business with them again.
