We always receive great service from Custom Ink. We are repeat customers for our annual fall farm party with tshirts and caps. The quality of their products and customer service is excellent. Their website is top notch for designing and ordering. Highly recommend.

We needed a custom shirt for my son's baseball team and Custom Ink is my go to for this. Christian was key in helping me with this order from start to finish. He was able to lay out the design for us. He also was able to ensure a speedy delivery to meet our tight timeframe. Great experience working with him! The art image is placed precisely in the right place, with no apparent flaws. The printing, to me, is perfect and I am even happy with my own composition. So, I have no negative comments. Is it now possible to obtain a price list for “printing-only” for both T-Shirts and baseball type caps, at various quantity levels? I would like to continue during business with your company, if at all possible, but for profitability I need to acquire the t-shirts in bulk.

The screenprinting looked amazing on the black and hot pink colored caps. However, the white looks terrible and not well done.

Your onsite team in Atlanta (Marcos) did a great job helping us with our caps from the very beginning. Not only did he help in the store, but multiple times he called to follow-up and to see if there was anything that he could do to help. Also, Mathew H. from your Customer Service team was really, really good, and made the ultimate difference for our project. We literally collaborated for a solid 45 minutes on the phone one afternoon to get all of the details updated/corrected which resulted in our final successful design. A BIG thanks goes out to him for sure. My only constructive feedback is around how designs are followed up by the CS team. The good news, I received multiple emails regarding my design as we were going thru the revision process. The downside is that I kept getting bounced between about 3 different CSR's so I had to catch each one back up as to the status of the previous conversation/decisions which was frustrating, and in a couple of cases I think the design went backwards because one CSR didn't realize that another CSR was working on it. All with good intention, but the overlapping attempts at good customer service (which I appreciated!) was sometimes unintentionally counter productive. Last - I know there is a fair amount of up front guidance about how a design is going to be "simplified" in order to be embroidered, and Mathew explained that to me when I spoke to him several days into the design creation. However, I'm honestly not clear on why this is the case. I have other embroidered caps that have a lot of detail in the stitching have held up just fine over the years. Is that a limitation at your production facility? Just not really clear why you can't use a finer level of thread density in your production. I like what we got, but it could have been even better with more detail. Overall - great team and final product. We'll be back for more. Thanks!

We ordered 64 embroidered baseball hats for our family reunion. We wanted large embroidery on the front, with the date and location on the back. A few other suppliers told us they couldn't do it, so we went with Custom Ink. They turned out AMAZING and embroidery, color, hat quality, and hat fit is even better than expected! Thank you!!!!

I went with Custom Ink to produce baseball caps with an embroidered design after another custom-printing company was not able to produce the design that I wanted. Custom Ink was a little more expensive, but the product turned out great! They made small adjustments to the design so it'd embroider well and it was shipped in a very timely manner, well before I needed it for the event.

I dropped the ball with our local tshirt printing supplier that I use regularly and required tshirts for my high school baseball tryouts. The process was effortless and my customer experience was perfect!

I worked with Bria Allen at their location at Double Tree and Scottsdale Road. Bria was extremely helpful in placing my order. She was very knowledgeable and explained the ordering process, specifically as it related to using my own graphic and the best placement. I am still awaiting my 4 dozen personalized baseball caps, although I had no doubt the quality will be as good as my recent experience with the water bottles. Bria was a pleasure wo work with!

Caps were delivered in 7 days - great! The communication during the process was top notch. Price per cap was a bit high considering it was not the highest quality of cap.
