I am very satisfied with the shirt that I received after designing it in a couple of minutes online with their graphic creation tool! It looks exceptional and the shirt is good quality and the fit runs just about right. I ordered a Medium size, so a good size to judge that.

Terrible customer service. Company shipped incorrect item that arrived past original due date. After three calls, company made replacement order that was incorrect color. Proper replacement was assured on time. After waiting three more days, company advised that replacement would be three days past the already late assured on time delivery.

The print on both the shirt an hoodie were horrible! It looked as though it had been washed several times. The black print was almost close to gray. I was completely disappointed but my husband was so excited to have a custom shirt that he elected to wear it anyway. Hopefully the next purchase will be MUCH darker.

A few issues. When the store was first opened there was no warning that there would be no "Medium" sized shirts available. That was the most common shirt size my students wanted to order so many ordered Larges when they didn't want to. I was also surprised when the original shirt was discontinued without warning me again. I am very appreciative to the customer service rep (Tenia T.) who helped me solve the issue and found me a new similar shirt.
