My interaction with Custom Ink has been very professional and prompt. I was very impressed with the quick response and follow-up from this vendor. I have to mention that the way our order was packed and delivered was such a surprise to me, meaning that I did not have to sift through each item to find sizes. The sizes were bundled together according to Sm, Med, lg, xlg, etc. This was very helpful.

I will be seeing Rex Smith this fall at a con and wanted something special and unique I can wear to show my love and appreciation for him and his music. The design I wanted required his permission which he granted. Once I got the permission, I forwarded the email to support and after a quick question about background, I received the tee and it's absolutely perfect! Communication is terrific, shipping is timely and very punctual. Very very happy with the tee and with Custom Ink.
