I had a great experience ordering with Custom Ink. The website was easy to use, uploading my logo was a breeze, and it was nice to have someone review the artwork and make an adjustment based on their knowledge of how it would be embroidered. I will come back to do business with Custom Ink.

The customer service agent was very helpful. But the order confirmations on the website did not match the last revisions. So I was concerned that the order was not going to be correct.

Overall, I had a positive experience with Custom Ink and found the website easy to use. My only negative comment would be that on the apron I purchased, I was only able to use 2 colors in my design and it would've been nice to use even one more color. Otherwise I was very happy with my experience.
