I have utilized Custom Ink several times. I appreciate the variety of type and quality of shirts/hoodies. The hats that we had our logo embroidered on came out perfect! The prices are high but I haven’t found anyone else to provide the quality we need for a more affordable price.

The product was not only expensive, but an absolute let down. It was not done as described. They really messed up on the design and decided to shipped it like that. It's like they didn't even compare or read the specifications. Rubbish!

All good, but I had to have it delivered to another address rather than my home address. With Amazon I have the choice of having it delivered to the local U.S. drop off location but Custom Ink did not offer me that choice.
