No issues with Custom Ink. Good company with good customer service. Their design reviews are spot on and I generally take their design adjustments every time. They have never failed to ensure the unique logo is clearly visible and everything is sized to look good when someone wears the hat. It's what they do. That being said, they are more than willing to have a discussion post adjustment to refine the design to better meet your specs. After all you are the customer, and they clearly respect the fact that the customer is why they're in business. Pricing is well within industry norms, and they have options that allow you to tailor towards whatever your budget might be.

I’m disappointed that I spent $48 for a racerback tank top I took a long time and thought into creating for a concert that I cannot wear. The ink was smudged and unreadable. Since the tank top was black, I tried to cover it with black clothing dye but it looked terrible since the smudges were shiny, you could see where I attempted to correct it. I ended up tossing because I was too mad to even look at the $48 useless tank top I took 3 hours to design.

Design process was easy. T-shirt quality is nice. The writing/print logo is great. The picture design sent in is just an iron-on. I’m afraid it will not hold up to washing. But this t-shirt was a memorial for a family member and overall we are thrilled with the out come. Thank you
