I had an exceptional experience with customer service. Making sure all the trademarks and such were in order. I only order one t shirts and with the way they were responsive you would have thought I placed massive order.

Custom Ink is fantastic to work with. We have done small personalized orders as well as larger swag orders that needed to be shipped to multiple sites. The team is really great and responsive and the quality of the product is excellent.

Great customer service! I requested rush shipping. The t-shirts shipped on time, but UPS was slow by 2 days (though tracking showed it had gone out twice for delivery), and I was worried they'd delay again. I complained to Custom Ink, and it arrived the next day. I got it ion time for an event, so wasn't expecting a shipping refund, but Custom Ink voluntarily gave me one, anyway.
