My image was edited and sent to the printer before I had a chance to approve the edited image. I reached out for support as soon as I was informed that the image was edited and was told that the edited image could not be changed. I was told I'd receive a call back about it and never did. I received the order and it is the unapproved edited image. I sent a follow up email and have still not heard back regarding my order.
