I needed help designing the shirt and was able to do so through the website with the assistance of a team member. Shirts arrived in a timely manner as I needed them within two weeks. They arrived sooner than I had expected. The experience was seamless and I would absolutely use this vendor again.

I can’t say enough good things about the customer service — they were very communicative, quick, and helpful. Unfortunately I can’t say the same for the tote itself — the canvas material is very thin and flimsy. I was expecting a durable canvas tote but that is not what we received.
