Fairly easy to use, navigating the print set up was a bit challenging when needing multiple lines of text. Also, there are a few fonts I was looking for that were not available (as best as I could tell). But I figured out how to work with it and product looks great.

Custom ink has worked well for us in the past, but in this order our design was altered to the point that the aesthetic was significantly changed, and several shirts did not have the back design printed. Not only that, some shirts also had stains on them presumably from shipping. I am still waiting a response as to how they plan to make the issue right.
