Custom Ink was great. I had a deal worked out with a local vendor weeks in advance, but had to go to Custom Ink when I learned, a week before the due date, that - that vendor had totally dropped the ball. Custom Ink's website worked flawlessly, they had a greater selection of art, and when I called to the folks on the phone, they were able to see my design and confirm both my design and that my order was properly placed. The order arrived exactly when they said it would. I would say they made this event possible.

Great website, fast shipping options, and excellent customer service. This is my 3rd or 4th order and it went perfectly each time.

We had a great experience ordering anniversary swag for our office from Custom Ink! Joseph was very responsive and helpful at every stage of the process. Their design team re-worked our logo so that it fit perfectly on the jackets we picked. The finished product is even better than expected. Great work!

The site is nice. It was easy to load my image and I loved the group order options. It is pretty quick turn around for a custom print. But I had multiple mistakes with my order, which kind of canceled out my need to get them quickly. The print quality is mediocre but the price was lower than most sites, so I guess you get what you pay for.
