Too many different Custom Ink representatives kept introducing themselves and saying they were responsible for my account. Give me one person to deal with, to provide consistency and avoid repetition in explaining what I needed and providing consistent answers to questions I had during the design and ordering phases.

Custom Ink was fantastic! The customer service was amazing - phone calls and follow up from real people who talked me through the process and helped me create a great final product. This was for a work event, so I was especially grateful that it turned out so well! I've also ordered shirts for family events in the past, and those were great as well! I highly recommend Custom Ink and would gladly order from them again!

While the order arrived on time and the design process was easy to navigate, the white shirts we designed arrived dirty. Multiple of the white shirts arrived with black / brown dirt like stains on them.
