We will continue to both use Custom Ink for our t-shirts and also encourage others to use the company. Communication is outstanding. We had to adjust part of our design, and it did NOT delay both printing and shipping at all. We asked if we could have our order by the end of August (order was August 5th) and received it on August 17th ahead of schedule.

I paid $15 extra for 3-day shipping to ensure my shirt arrived prior to my event. The original delivery date was 8/13 and then it changed to 8/17 because my shirt was pending production for multiple days. I even spoke to a customer service agent regarding my concerns about the item's arrival and was told she noted my event date of 8/15. It still did not arrive until days after the event was over, so I'm not sure what I paid the expedited shipping for.
