Like I said, the overall position of my graphic was good on the website but when the product arrived it was too high up and close to the neck line. I dont want to do another order because it was close to $60 w/ shipping for one sweater. Kinda disappointed w/ the overall placement of the graphic.

My experience with Customer Ink has been very good. I do have one question, why must there be a certain quantity that you have to purchase of any certain item. What if the customer doesn't have the money to purchase 6 of that product?

Customer service called me back to go over the order. I think they do that with every order. Not one online submission and done. Worked out fine in the end. I got my shirt. I'm happy. Design looks good. Print was AI generated. Love how easy it was to get a cool design using ChatGPT.
