Jose was incredible. He not only tweaked my design while we were on the phone but he also spoke very very understandable English even though he was not born or living in the USA. Customer Service people that I am not able to understand is probabIy my biggest pet peeve with C/S agents. I have not seen the actual finished product because they were sent to another contact at the location of our event. The product was received in a very timely manner as promised and the recipient was pleased but did not comment on the finished product yet. Mike Kelley

Ordered shirt. Realized 15 minutes later I needed to change the design. I could not cancel. I contacted customer service and they said it couldn't be canceled. The t-shirt didn't ship for almost 8 days, but couldn't be cancelled 15 minutes after ordering? Not cool.
