I thought this was going to be embroidered. It's a little confusing to tell what is and is not going to be embroidered from looking on the site. It's on me, and I only wanted one cap, but still frustrating.

Everything was how I made it, they even helped me fix a minor error in my design and were easy to contact(with multiple ways to contact) about questions. Size was good and so was the shipping.

Ordering the Gildan Soft style Jersey T-shirt, was a great experience. The customer service was excellent. Responded to and addressed my questions immediately.
