I uploaded 3 designs and was contact by to send the originals as the uploads looked grainy. I did that and got a response of that was much better. I never got return approval photos for the final print. When the product arrived 2 of the 3 photos AND the clip art text, were still not acceptable for the cost of the product. I do not understand how a 4 MB photo on the screen OR printed on paper can be good and clear and not be so on the T-shirt. This is the second time I've had this happen with Custom Ink. It seems to be completely 50 / 50 on items I order from you that are either just what I expected or not worth using your company again.
