I am honestly SOO impressed by the Custom Ink team. I called before placing my order because the arrival was cutting it close to my event, and David was so kind and reassuring on our call and guaranteed a delivery before our event day. He helped me submit the order and even said he would write a note to speed up the process, and it really did help because everything was delivered days ahead of the initial estimated delivery date! Not only do our mugs look spectacular, but the care displayed by the staff was just so meaningful, we will definitely be getting next year's gifts from Custom Ink again!!

I used Custom Ink when I was in undergrad to order merch for various organizations. For many years, I didn't have a reason to purchase customized products, so I haven't used them. When I was tasked with ordering a gift for an office holiday party, Custom Ink was the first company that came to mind. It was very easy to navigate their site, design my product, and place my order. I was happy to see that their experience hasn't deteriorated over the years!
