A little cumbersome at first because we used to order directly from a store I in Scottsdale, AZ. When calling the main line, they gave me the direct phone number so that I could work directly with a store in town. Once that happened, everything was perfect!!

I love the ability to see the finished mockup with the logo on it. No one else has that. Wish you had pocket tees in 4 XL so I did not have to go elsewhere to get them. It was so easy to use the design upload.
