Wow, customer service is alive and well here! I had to add an item to the order but it was Saturday night so I used the chat feature...and to me pleasant surprise a real human reached out and politely and professionally handled the task and smoothed out the billing. Seriously, in the modern commerce times of chat bots and automated systems CustomInk really goes above and beyond. Very pleased with the product and even more pleased with the customer service...will absolutely 💯 recommend!!!
