Very please with the service. I needed a last minute business gift to hand out with our logo. I submitted my own upload for embroidery. At first I was told there would be changes. When first receiving the proofs the logo had no shadow probably due to either my upload quality or difficulty on embroidery on an area small. I wasn't happy felt it wouldn't suit our business to not have our logo correct. I advised I wasn't happy and would not want them that way. Custom ink worked the bugs out and made it right. Jackets turn out great and logo looked great. Order arrived in time for Christmas. Very happy with this oreder.
