When I had to update my design after my order was placed, customer service was very helpful in allowing me to do that. The first updated proof I got did not reflect my changes, but when I informed customer service they were able to get it fixed quickly.

I had some issues with re-designing my shirts and had to cancel an order or two but the Custom Ink Customer Service was very very helpful and we got it right. I love the final results and recieved my shirts earlier than the projected delivery date. I will use these guys in the future for sure. 😁👍🏻👍🏻

Overall I am pleased with the website and shipping. When I opened our order, I discovered, we were short a small. We did receive an extra medium instead. The individual who ordered the small would be happier with the correct size.
