I really appreciate their self-serve design process—it gives you full control to customize your t-shirt print, from text and logo placement to material and layout tweaks. Once your design is set, their team steps in for a final quality check to ensure everything is print-ready and feasible. It’s a thoughtful balance of creative freedom and professional oversight. It was disappointing how long it took to get our orders (sweatshirts, hats, and shirts). And then, all of the shirts have the logo in the wrong place, and one of the hats has an issue with the logo. Overall, I am disappointed in the quality of all the products given the price.
