Pleasantly surprised... by pretty much everything. Website easy to navigate (I made my own sweater design). I loved that you kept me informed for each stage of its creation from design to delivery. Shipping was faster than expected. The big thing though is that the sweater was perfect- soft, comfortable and exactly the size you indicated. I'm constantly fighting shirt sizes online but this fit beautifully. Also was afraid that the imagery would be blurry but nope, came out just how I wanted. Now I plan on ordering a shirt soon :)

The website was easy to maneuver and tools were user-friendly. Many options available. I uploaded/cropped/fit a personal photo as well as added text. The finished product was produced just as I had created it. The print quality was very good. Product was delivered well before expected date. I'm very satisfied with the services of Custom Ink and will recommend to others.
