Very easy to customize ant products and there are so many options. I've tried to customize items on Amazon but gave up because they were not as user friendly as Custom Ink.

After I placed the order for a t-shirt, I tried to change it to a polo shirt. I called Custom Ink immediately but it was a Sunday and no one answered the phone. I called the next morning and was told it was too late to change the order. The flip side of that was that Custom Ink's speed enabled me to receive the t-shirt 10 days earlier than Custom Ink had told me to expect it.

I have always enjoyed working with Custom Ink in the past. This experience was more frustrating as we could not do some of the designs ourselves on the website, and the design agents didn't always understand what we wanted. This resulted in receiving a design somewhat different than what we asked for.
