The quality was horrible - printing came out blurred and some of the shirts arrived stained

The customer service crew is very helpful, responsive and accommodating. They work with you throughout the process, let you know how your logo resolutions is for the design and contact you if they need to update something. Nothing is done without your approval. I was nervous about how my shirts would come out but I am SOOOO pleasantly surprised! They are great!
