I wish I could have used my original design. It was not allowed because we were wearing Boston College clothing in my person photo. It was a real problem trying to find a solution and ultimately I settled for something that was not my top choice.

Total perfection. Seriously, these came out cuter than I dared to hope. The website was easy to use and provided a seemingly endless supply of "clip art" type options. I messed up a number entering my credit information and they got in touch within a matter of hours to correct my payment information and confirm the design. It was easy and they were very helpful. The bags are WICKED CUTE, as we say in Boston. My bridesmaids are going to looooooove them.

I love ordering with CustomInk. There are times when I do end up going to other (cheaper) promotional companies, but the quality of CustomInk's products and customer service is unparalleled. Thanks again for another great order – HubSpot's going to look great at Boston Pride!

I feel guilty because I live in Boston and right across the street is a t shirt design store I could jump to, but couldn't make my low quantity...awesome that you offer that.

This was my first time using CustomInk and I will absolutely use them again and again. The sizes and colors of the shirts were exactly as shown online so there were no unwelcome surprises when we received our shirts. I could not have been happier with my choice to use CustomInk. after looking at different websites I found that this one was the most user friendly one I could find. being a person that prefers the human to human interaction, I called the customer service line and spoke with Jazzy, who from start to finish was very professional and patient. within minutes I had a draft of what I wanted my shirt to look like. she offered to expedite my delivery and I received my shirt yesterday and I love the way it turned out! Admittedly, we were a bit apprehensive about using CustomInk at first. My fears were immediately quelled once I spoke with a friendly and knowledgable customer service representative. She guided me through the process with ease, answered all of my questions, made helpful suggestions, and seemed genuinely interested in helping me create a product that I would love. From there, the design team was able to take my draft and modify it so it adhered to some very strict sponsor logo guidelines. This whole process took only a few days! A short while later, we received a well-packed box that contained our high-quality athletic team shirts. The colors were bright, the logos were clear, and everyone was truly thrilled! One of the most challenging parts of coordinating a team of charity runners is finding a shirt that meets everyones needs. CustomInk offered us an incredibly wide selection of choices as well as the option to mix and match styles. The shirts were designed, printed, and shipped with unparalleled speed, and the affordable prices allowed us the opportunity to order both long and short sleeve shirts for our runners (which they greatly appreciate given the unpredictable weather in Boston!).

I want to stress that we were VERY pleased with the customer service and kindness of your entire staff. This order was not without errors and mistakes but they made it a very pleasant experience and quickly rectified many of the issues. I provided you with a very difficult piece of art, and made it more difficult by asking you to print it on black. The shirts look fantastic. (I'll email a photo of all of us wearing our shirts at the Boston Festival of Independent Games so you can see for yourselves). Your customer service reps were really upbeat and helpful and stayed on top of the order. I'm not easily impressed and I don't write glowing reviews but you earned this one.
