I recently moved to Canada and quickly became involved in my son's hockey team tournament. I needed to order hoodies. I was so relieved to see that Custom Ink had options for Canada. I know I can always trust Custom Ink's quality and didn't have time for mistakes. I was not disappointed, the kids absolutely loved the hoodies. The price was also a lot less expensive than having them printed here locally.

My overall experience was very good. I found out about custom ink while watching a TV commercial and I logged on and I ordered sweatshirts for my field hockey team and it went very well, the only thing that I would say did not go well was how long it took to ship because it was an insanely long amount of time, almost a month and a half, and everybody I talked to on the phone at custom ink was very nice except for one person was a little rude. But the main thing that bothered me was how LONG it took.

We ordered shirts for our hockey team. The customer service we received when designing the shirt was awesome. The shirts came out perfect and were finished quickly. The prices were really great I would definitely order again!

Customink has once again delivered a very high-quality product. They arrive very quickly and are done exactly as requested. I even recommended the site to the owner of my balk hockey league. As usual, very impressed! Would use again!

In the past I have ordered things that were not screen printed straight on T-shirt’s so I was a bit worried that with an order this big I would have more of the same issues, but I am happy to say every single T-shirt had the design on straight and my hockey team was very pleased!

The experience of designing a custom t-shirt for my daughter's field hockey team was fun and easy. I was able to send out the link to our team and they ordered and paid online, therefore I didn't have to deal with the money or the hassle of sizing.

We do an annual fitness test for our hockey team. The winner receives a special T-shirt. Every year you come through for us!!!

Custom link personnel is top notch. Cut of shirt should be looked at. If you are telling me that the cut is a women's cut I expect that that the shirt is longer, the waist is smaller and the shirt sleeves are tighter. Not really sure why you called it a women's shirt. I like a lot what you are doing and honestly want to promote it, but I feel you only make shirts for the masses- and you could do better. No offense, but even though Robin was great, I wouldn't bother buying a shirt again, only because your cut of the shirt is very unflattering. Girls who play sports don't need a boxie boy cut, they need a simple loose shirt (maybe better stretch cotton) to wear. They play hockey or basketball or any kind of sports. They don't need boys to remind them that they play with the boys. They often cut the "boys" shirt neck" so it looks like a girls neck. Anywho, Robin you were very sweet and helpful.

I have been using CustomInk for our field hockey sports apparel for a year now, and I have never had as amazing of a customer service experience as I have had with CustomInk. They are dedicated to the product, their service, and their customers in a way that I have never seen outside of this company. Wildly impressed with their service, products, and quality!
