Good experience with Custom Ink. Good communication with me until we got the uploaded design just right. I have ordered several times in the past. My only complaint is that free shipping does not include Hawaii, where we live. I just have the shirts delivered to my daughter's address in Las Vegas, and pick them up on my annual trip there. If you could give Hawaii a break on shipping, we would probably order more often.

Shirt quality is great. Design I uploaded (retired graphic designer) came out pretty good. Silver part could have been sharper print wise but looks fine. Being honest, shirt a bit pricey and takes weeks to get it. Love to do a hat too but a bit pricey. But I am completely satisfied.

Very good experience overall. I had trouble downloading the original logo, and got confused when I was told she had mocked something up as I wanted to design i myself. But what she mocked up was a completely editable design which I was able to do with what I pleased using the online tools. Fast turnaround.

Terrible customer service, refused to help with sizing issue. Won't print anti pedophile design, does this mean you're pro pedophile? I won't ever use your company again. I'll also make sure my friends, coworkers and family know not to use your company.
