This was my first experience with your store, and I couldn't be happier. Adam was welcoming, friendly, professional, and very patient in walking me through what was for me a first-time process of ordering a custom printed shirt. The result was perfect. The artwork came out beautifully, and my shirt arrived even sooner than expected. This was a little present to myself, and I really am thrilled with how it turned out and pleased with the entire experience.

This was a RE ORDER of a shirt we had made several months ago. We were told the order could not be printed with the uploaded artwork, due to a copyright stipulation even though we had a previous order filled with no problems, and even had the shirt entered into a contest and judged by the organization that we were supposedly offending. We were told that for CI to fix the mistake would cost us over $100 to move the "copyright offending" part of the design to the back of the shirt. Ultimately, CI removed the part of the image and then printed the shirts without us seeing the actual design beforehand. So we were not even sure what our order was going to look like until we received it. Because of this mix up, we now have one organization with 2 different shirt designs. We will not order from Custom Ink again.
