Custom Ink is a great well run company to order from and work with. Communication is excellent. Their website has a FAQ section and I found all my pre design and ordering questions on it. I found the garment inventory was extensive. The Design Lab is wonderful allowing you to create and manipulate deigns in it. Customer Service was fantastic, knowledible, guilding me through product recommendations for shirts and hoodies. The process was seamless and delivery was on or ahead of schedule.

We've been ordering from Custom Ink for a long time. We've tried other companies and have so many problems. With Custom Ink, we get quality merchandise and excellent screen printing that holds up well with years of machine washing. Their customer service is stellar, as well. I highly recommend giving them a chance to prove just how fantastic they are.

Custome Ink is amazing to work with. You can speak to a real person instantly by phone. The quality is exceptional. The turnaround time was amazingly fast. We love our new staff hoodies. After being quoted for three ink colors, when Custom Ink realized they would only need to use two they refunded our money for the third color without me having to call them. Excellent customer service! I will definitely use Custom Ink again
